Job description

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting an experienced Offshore Project Commercial Manager. As part of the Offshore Projects team you will play a key role in the management of project risk management across a number of active projects.
Reporting to the Director of offshore wind development you will be responsible for:
• Taking a lead role in the commercial development of offshore wind farms
• The preparation of commercial terms for construction contract ITT\\\'s and the commercial assessment of tenders
• Leading commercial negotiations on all key contracts
• Claims management
• The management of a team providing ongoing commercial support during project execution phase including contract administration, change control and dispute resolution
Skills and Experience
• Candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in the development of key commercial contracts in a large scale construction project environment
• Formal degree qualification or equivalent experience as a commercial manager preferably within a construction project environment
• Proven experience of successfully negotiating high value complex construction contracts
• Familiarity with a number of standard forms of contract with detailed knowledge in at least one standard form of contract
• Experience of working in a collaborative environment
