Our client is a member of a large composites producing group of companies and manufactures rotor blades for windturbines. Due to the great success of their products and constantly rising demand for their products they are seeking a

PLANT SENIOR MANAGER (m/f)

to expand thier production team.

the role:
- strategical production planning
- optimization of production processes using lean production management tools
- staff planning
- production start-ups of newly developed blades
- cost planning and control
- quality management
- safety management

your profile:
you are an experienced production or plant manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the procution of rotorblades who is ready for a next career step. You have proven that you can combine cost control with output optimization and a steady level of quality. You are a real technical expert in the production of rotor blades.

additional requirements:
- university degree in engineering
- minimum of 5years of experience in production management in rotor blades production
- hands-on way of working
- self-driven and autonomous
- excellent communication skills
- problem-solver mentality
- good leadership skills
- Good knowledge of English and German
