Job description
Our client is one of the world's largest renewable energy companies. Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Business Developer to join their Heat and Power Team in Hertfordshire.
In this role you will help deliver business objectives for the Heat and Power team, liaising with both customers and partner companies.
Responsibilities:
- forming new relationships with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- supporting Regional Business Development Managers by co-ordinating tender responses, proposals and contracts including preparation, layout and document management
- ongoing updating and creation of new presentations, marketing, conference materials and other documentation
- provision of limited consultancy, technical support and market analysis in respect to renewable energy technology.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be well organised, have good attention to detail, be flexible and able to produce documents to a high standard of presentation using MS Office. A highly motivated, intelligent, strong team player is required who has experience with at least one building integrated renewable energy technology (solar, biomass or ground source heat pumps) plus a basic knowledge of Access.
